How to make a return 

  • Request a return authorization online.
  • Pack your items carefully since they are still your items until we have verified their functionality and physical condition. Make sure that the contents are not moving around inside the box. Use enough packing material and a large enough box to make sure there are at least 2 inches of packing material on all sides of the box between your items and the box wall.
  • Attach the shipping label

Important Details

Refund options – You may choose a credit or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased.

Refund method – Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or another form of payment used in the original transaction.

Non-refundable – The money-back guarantee does not apply to custom recorders, software, consumables, special orders, and final sale clearance items.

Items must be new – Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. Vidlogix may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned items are not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one Vidlogix originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • Been heavily used.
  • Damage from drops, spilled liquids, or mishandling.

Return Shipping Costs

For most returns – Vidlogix can issue one (1) UPS Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label for a flat fee of $10 USD. 

Return shipping costs – are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

International shipping – You are responsible for any international shipping charges or duties. UPS ARS labels are not valid for international shipping or shipping from US territories other than Puerto Rico.

How will I know if you've received my return?

We will email you confirming that the return was processed. If you used an ARS tag to return your product, you can trace your package using the tracking number and calling UPS at (800) 742-5877 or visiting www.ups.com.

How long does it take Vidlogix to process my return?

After we receive your package, we normally process your credit or refund within two (2) business days. Returns and credits can take up to 10 business days from our acceptance to post and reflect in your balance.
