If you are not satisfied with your product, return it to us in like-new condition within the first 60 days of purchase and we will happily process your refund.

How to make a return

1. Contact us

Start a return.

2. Get a Return Authorization

A Vidlogix Advisor will be able to step through your options and set up a return authorization.

3. Pack your items carefully

Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, Vidlogix over-boxes most products. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.

4. Attach the shipping label

For most returns, you will receive a USPS shipping label along with your return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed label to each package.

5. Give the package to USPS

Add the item(s) to your outgoing mail, take it to your local post office or any official USPS drop-off site. For the location nearest you, call 800-275-8777 or visit www.usps.com.

Important return details

Refund or credit? You may choose a store credit or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Shipping costs. Return shipping costs are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

For most returns, Vidlogix can issue you an USPS label for a flat fee of $10 per package.

Like-new condition. Vidlogix may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

- A different serial number than the one Vidlogix originally shipped.

- Missing parts or the original product packing material.

- Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.

- Been heavily used.

- Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.

After your return

We will notify you: We will email you confirming that the return was processed. If you used an ARS tag to return your product, you can trace your package using the tracking number and calling USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or visiting www.usps.com.

We will process your credit or refund. After we receive your package, we normally process your credit or refund within two business days.
