Returns

Below are some common questions about returns & warranties.

What is your return policy?

You can initiate a return for credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Special order items are not eligible.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Vidlogix retains the right to deduct from the refund paid to you a restocking fee equal to 20% of the product's original price if not returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, and in new or as-new condition.

What is your warranty policy?

Products purchased from Vidlogix include the manufacturer's full warranty and our free one (1) year extended warranty.

Who pays for return shipping?

Ship it back to us for free with a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?

A refund is issued within one day of receiving the item. A partial or zero refund may apply based on the condition of the returned item.

How does the free warranty work?

Vidlogix offers a free warranty identical to the provisions & limitations of the manufacturer's warranty, except the term equal to one year. If we can't replace or repair your item, we'll repurchase it at market value. Learn more.

Ordering

Below are some common questions about ordering.

Do you offer discount codes?

You can earn a $40 instant refund to your credit card if you share your experience on Trustpilot.

Do you charge sales tax?

No! Vidlogix does not collect sales or use tax.

What payments are accepted?

Vidlogix accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.

When do you charge my card?

Vidlogix will authorize payment at checkout and capture manually within seven (7) days of purchase.

Does Vidlogix price match?

Find a lower total price within 7 days of your order, and we'll refund you the difference. If an item you purchased from Vidlogix is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Vidlogix will adjust the price of an item once. Learn more.

How do I cancel/modify order?

You may cancel a pending order at no cost by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting customer service at hello@vidlogix.com. Canceled orders can't be reinstated. Please review your order carefully, as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted.

How to verify PayPal account?

When you verify your account, you're proving that you own the financial details added to your account. You can verify your account by adding and confirming a bank account.

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes! Products purchased from Vidlogix include the manufacturer's full warranty and support. Learn more.

Do you have technical support?

Why are your prices so good?

We may have too many of these items, or it does not have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restriction set by the manufacturer/distributor that limits how we can display our selling price.

Is the product in new condition?

Yes! Vidlogix only sells brand-new equipment made for the U.S. market.

What is your warranty policy?

Products purchased from Vidlogix include the manufacturer's full warranty and our free one (1) year extended warranty.

Do you have a store near me?

No! Our corporate office is at 160 Varick St, NY, NY 10013. We own and operate ten nationwide distribution centers (hubs). More hubs mean less wait. 1-2 day ground delivery to most locations.

Do you offer protection plans?

During everyday use, your devices are covered for drops, spills, liquid damage, life accidents, and mechanical and electrical failures. Simple pricing: 1-Yr (1%), 2-Yr (2%), 3-Yr (3%). Learn more.

Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping & delivery.

What's the status of my order?

The fastest way to check the status of your order is to click the View your order link in your order confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order from your password-less account dashboard.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel a pending order at no cost by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting customer service at hello@vidlogix.com. Canceled orders can't be reinstated. Please review your order carefully, as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. 

What about shipping issues?

The risk of loss or damage to a Product passes to you upon shipment to your specified delivery location. You have thirty (30) days from the shipment date to notify Vidlogix of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your order. Shipments delayed due to weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events are not eligible for a refund or credit under the money-back guarantee (MBG) policy.

When will my order arrive?

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates and do not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping (speakers, TVs, etc.), items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or out-of-stock items. 90% of UPS Ground packages are delivered in 1-3 business days but may take up to 10 business days, depending on the delivery zone.

Why was my order canceled?

Vidlogix will cancel your order if the shipping address doesn't match the credit card's registered billing address (excluding PayPal). 

Do you require a signature?

Vidlogix does not require a signature but may be required by the carrier.
