FAQs

Web Return (WR) numbers are required for all returns. WR numbers are valid for 12 days. Delinquent and unauthorized returns may be returned at the sender's expense.

In 1 business day you’ll hear back from us with your Web Return (WR) number.

Pack your items carefully since they are still your items until we have verified their functionality and physical condition. Please do not deface or treat the item box as the shipping box.

Any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to Vidlogix for return.

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. Remove or cover any hazardous materials markings if you are shipping a non-hazardous item.

Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Choose the return ship method most convenient to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a carrier that will provide you tracking information and insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center.

Returns are processed on Saturdays. Pending charges will be removed from your bank statement within three business days as if the transaction never happened. Charges already processed will be refunded to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Your refund timeline may vary due to differences in bank processing times.
