Vidlogix wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. RMA numbers are valid for 12 days. Delinquent and unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender or recycled.

Pack your items carefully since they are still your items until we have verified their functionality and physical condition. Please DO NOT treat the item box as the shipping box.

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings.

Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Know that returns and credits can take up to ten (10) business days from the time the merchant accepts them to the time they post to your account—and show up in your balance.

In most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 10 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.

If you don't see the refund posted to your account, please contact your issuing bank for further assistance. Your bank can clarify how long it'll take them to post the refund. If your bank has trouble locating the completed refund, please contact our billing specialists so they can investigate why this may be happening.

All items sold by Vidlogix are warranted solely by the manufacturer ("vendor"). All items needing repair should be sent to the vendor directly for service. Vidlogix is not liable if the vendor fails to perform warranty service.

Vidlogix is pleased to offer a free extended warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the vendor's warranty for such items, with the exception of the term, which is equal to one (1) year. If we can’t replace or repair your item, we’ll repurchase it at market value. No-fuss. No muss.


Vidlogix will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Vidlogix’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
