We’ll provide free express shipping to and from our repair center, and repair your item within 2 business days of receiving it, or you will be eligible for a refund of the cost of your plan (excluding taxes and other fees).
We’ll fix your item. If we can’t repair it, we’ll send you a replacement or reimburse you for one (up to the original purchase price of the covered item).

What happens next?
When you purchase a protection plan with us, you’ll check out exactly how you usually would. Registration is not required – protection plans are registered automatically to the email ID used to place the order.

Is this backed by an insurance company?
Every Vidlogix contract is backed by a regulated insurer. Those insurers are backed by reinsurers. Vidlogix and their partners are 100% compliant and contracts will be honored for the entirety of their term.
What if I return my product?
Your contract will also be returned and refunded, but at a prorated amount depending on how long the contract has been in effect. You’ll get a full refund within 30 days.
