The Yamaha RM-WOM is a black omnidirectional wireless tabletop microphone from the ADECIA series of Dante-networked conferencing components. This microphone provides clear audio capture for video conferences, remote collaborations, and distance learning without any setup needed. It is suitable for small to medium-sized conference rooms, classrooms, or boardrooms. The 1.9 GHz DECT standard with 256-bit AES encryption ensures secure transmission up to 164' away. The microphone has four mute buttons, LED indicators, and a battery status LED. The 360° radius pick-up and built-in rechargeable battery (up to 20 hours) ensure everyone is heard during lengthy discussions. Compatible with Dante, the RM-WOM works with the RM-WAP wireless access point and the RM-CR audio processor (sold separately) for easy setup and scalability (up to 8 microphones). Audio quality is enhanced with adaptive echo cancellers, auto-gain control, noise reduction, and dereverberation processing.
